Katrina Lolicato Myotherapist

Katrina has worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Myotherapist for over 15 years across aged care, professional sports, spa and multi-modality clinic settings. 

She offers extensive experience supporting individuals through injury recovery and is especially well-regarded for her respectful and empathetic care of her clients navigating stress or life transitions. Katrina is particularly skilled in treating areas where many people hold stress and tension, such as the shoulders, neck, upper and lower back and finds this work especially rewarding.  

A highly adaptable therapist, Katrina's practice draws on a diverse range of techniques including remedial massage, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, myofacial cupping, hot stone massage, dry needling and bereavement massage.

Katrina’s approach is compassionate and client-centred, aiming to restore a sense of overall balance and wellbeing. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to support their goals and to address any postural imbalance, physical discomfort, injury rehabilitation, or simply finding time to relax and reconnect.
