Krystal has been a Massage therapist for over 20 years and a Myotherapist for over 14 years.

Krystal has a holistic approach to treatments using a variety of techniques from manual therapies, Dry needling, Cupping, MLD, Craniosacral, Sports and Deep tissue massage to treat a wide range of conditions from headaches, back and neck injuries, sports injuries, to general stress and tension relief.  

Krystal is skilled in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatments for the whole body and for post surgery swelling, as well as specialising in Endometriosis and Fibromyalgia treatments.

Furthermore, Krystal treats all four trimesters of pregnancy, offers partner labour massage and infant massages either 1 on 1 or in family workshops. 

Krystal enjoys working together with her clients to achieve their healthcare goals, whether it is to relax, recover from an injury or  another concern.
