Our Individual clinical Pilates classes can be scheduled as a one on one session or as a small group of individuals.
Firstly, we start with an assessment of your clinical needs to ensure we tailor the best program for you.
It is followed by a session guiding you through your program with a combination of strengthening, mobility and functional exercises. We will use the Reformer, Trapeze table, mat-work and resistance bands to improve your body function so you can be stronger, move better and feel good.
